This policy covers tgmtop.com — the site you are reading, where
The TGM Group LLC sells the TGM Operations Platform (TOP) and the Washer
Rental Starter Guide. It is written in plain language on purpose. If
something here is unclear, ask and we will answer it directly.
1. Who we are
The TGM Group LLC (“TGM,” “we,” “us”),
Houston, Texas. TOP is our product. We also run TGM Washers and TGM Laundry,
which are separate services with their own privacy policies.
2. What this policy does not cover
If you are an operator using TOP to run your own rental business, the
information about your customers that you put into TOP is yours. We process
it on your behalf under your agreement with us, not under this policy, and
we do not use it for our own purposes. This policy is about what we collect
from you as a visitor, prospect, or buyer on this website.
3. What we collect
Demo requests. When you use the demo form, your browser opens your
own email app with your name and email already filled in. Nothing is sent
to us until you press send in your own mail program. What reaches us is
whatever is in that email.
Starter Guide purchases. Payment runs through Stripe. Stripe
collects your email address, name, and billing address — the address
is required to calculate sales tax correctly. We do not see or store
your card number. What we keep is your email address, your name, the number
of machines you told us you run, the amount paid, the tax charged, and a
download link that belongs to your purchase.
The product demo. The demo at tgmtop.com/demo is behind a password.
When a password is entered we log the time, the IP address it came from,
and whether it was correct. We do this to see when a prospect is looking at
the demo and to stop someone guessing at the password.
Analytics. If, and only if, you accept the cookie banner, we load
Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages on this site are used
— clicks, scrolling, and a replay of the session. It is how we find
out which parts of the site confuse people. Decline and it never loads.
Standard server records. Our hosting providers keep ordinary access
logs, including IP addresses, as part of running and securing the site.
4. How we use it
To take payment for the Starter Guide, email it to you, and keep your download link working.
To answer your demo request and talk to you about TOP.
To work out and remit sales tax where we owe it.
To handle support, refunds, and disputes.
To see how the site is used, and make it better.
To keep the site and the demo from being abused.
Being straight with you about sales follow-up
If you buy the Starter Guide or ask for a demo, we add you to our own sales
records and we may contact you about TOP. That is the honest reason the
guide exists. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will, and you can
ask us to delete your record entirely — see section 7.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We share it only with:
Stripe — to take payment and calculate tax.
Resend and SendGrid — to deliver your guide and any email we send you.
Microsoft Clarity — analytics, and only if you accepted cookies.
Netlify and Railway — hosting for this site and our server.
Authorities or others where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
6. Cookies and session replay
The site asks before loading any analytics. Your answer is stored in your own
browser, on this device, and nowhere else. If you change your mind, clear it
here and the banner will come back so you can answer again.

7. Your choices
Stop hearing from us. Reply to any email from us and say so, or write to the address below. We will stop.
See what we hold. Ask and we will tell you what is in your record.
Delete it. Ask and we will delete your record, apart from what we have to keep for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes — which includes the receipt for anything you bought.
Analytics. Use the reset button above, or decline the banner.
8. Keeping it and protecting it
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the service and to
meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. We protect it with
reasonable measures, but no method of transmission or storage over the
internet is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
9. Children
TOP is a business tool for adults. This site is not directed to children
under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top always reflects the
version you are reading.
