Payments

Do I need to switch payment processors?

Billing runs through Stripe at 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction — similar to most processors. Once set up, payments collect automatically. No manual invoicing, no chasing. I'll walk you through the transition.

Can I keep Chase or my current processor?

Not currently — Stripe is what powers the automated billing engine. The benefit is it fully runs itself once configured.

Contracts

Do I need a DocuSign account?

No. Contracts are built into the platform. Customers sign digitally during onboarding. You don't touch it.

SMS

What number do SMS messages come from?

The platform sends from its own system. Custom number mapping is on the roadmap.

Remote Control

How does remote machine control work?

We swap the standard washer power cord for a wifi-enabled relay. If a customer goes past due, the system cuts power automatically. The moment they pay, it restores. You do nothing. Washers only — one washer is enough friction.

Is remote control required?

No — completely optional. Plenty of operators run the platform without it.

Is the cord included?

Yes, hardware is part of the program at no extra cost.

Data

Can I export my data to Excel?

Yes — fully exportable at any time. You own your data.

Does it track expenses or just revenue?

Both. Revenue, expenses, and job/mileage tracking are all included.

Platform

Is there a mobile app?

Web-based right now. Mobile app is on the roadmap.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes — your customers go to your own branded link. They never see TOP branding.

Pricing

How is pricing structured?

$75 base + $5 per active customer/month. Beta operators get 50% off, locked in writing.

What's included in the price?

Stripe billing, digital contracts, automated onboarding/offboarding, SMS, dispatch, revenue & expense tracking, and the full operator console. No surprise add-ons.
